New Jersey State Trooper Pulls Over Retired Cop Who Delivered Him 27 Years Ago

For New Jersey State Trooper Michael Patterson, it was a routine traffic stop that was anything but ordinary. As it turned out, the man he had just pulled over was an important figure from his past. Having grown up in Piscataway, N.J., Patterson and the retired police officer started talking about the area. It turns out the officer had delivered Patterson at his home 27 years earlier.
